Some pointers.Link
Your Fuellox unit must have a k-Factor applied to the actual hardware to enable the pump channel. Without that, the pump won't start.
TroubleshootingLink

MAke sure the Fuellox unit is assigne to your account. Check your Dashboard in Devices for the serial number. If its there the unit is in your account, if not check with the help desk.
Wrong Fluid MessageLink
You must select an Equipment/Compartment so the app knows what fluid to search for.
Select the Equipment and Compartment. Now connect to the Fuellox unit.

Can't ConnectLink
Try unpairing the BLE device and repair once again.
See Re-Pair BLE here.
New settings don't take affectLink
Once the Device has been configured via the app it must be restarted. Failure to power cycle the hardware may prevent new settings from working.
Power cycle your unit for 20-30 seconds. If you are using a high capacitance power supply longer time may be needed.
Power up the unit and try again.
Note: We recommend all Fuellox units have a mains power isolator so thaty can be turned off.
